The hotel boasts good location, which is one of the main advantages. Guests can easily find transportation to the city center. the staff are reportedly nice and keen to help. the rooms are cool and the air conditioning system works properly. Hot water is reliably supplied, and the fridge is cold.
There can be some disturbance caused by noise from neighboring construction, or occasional street noises.

We recently stayed at Granda Suites and were impressed by the excellent facilities. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and felt almost brand new. The location was also easy to find, which made getting around the city much more convenient. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel for its good facilities.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was amazing - close to many restaurants and a big shopping street, and even right in front of a lake! Additionally, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to get me Banh mi sandwiches from a nearby deli. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, with great facilities such as a stove, bathtub, fridge, and top-notch air conditioning. All in all, this made for a fantastic stay!

Facilities were in great condition – allowing for comfortable stay. Staff was friendly and responsive when needed. Location of the hotel provided easy access to key attractions in the city.
Breakfast could have been better with more options. Noise levels during New Year activities made it difficult to sleep at night.

the hotel location was excellent, within walking distance to popular restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. I loved the cozy ambiance of the hotel, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the shower was amazing! the hotel offered a delicious breakfast, which was a great way to start each day.
after asking for directions, it was not too difficult to locate.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good refrigeration. Effective and cool air conditioning. Always had hot water. Freshly renovated apartment. Comfy bed and cozy room. Clean and well-equipped bathroom
It was all superb.
